Increased industry personalisation cited as driving force behind further investment

Screen announces that leading British gaming product printer, Cowell's Arrow, is meeting ever-increasing customer demand by adding to its existing portfolio with two Screen Truepress Jet 520Z’s. The company believes the superior quality of the press will cement its position as the UK market leader in bingo tickets.

Cowell’s Arrow is a company operating in the UK and North America, providing high-quality gaming products across a variety of markets including bingo and lottery tickets. Its positive working relationship with Screen began in 2012 and continues to go from strength to strength.
“We initially invested in Screen technology as we were in need of a top-quality press that would meet growing market demand for higher quality bingo ticket printing,” states Tony Lister, Manging Director, Cowell’s Arrow. “Unwavering reliability, business continuity and production capacity were the main reasons we decided to stay with Screen when we required an additional two printers.
“Essentially, the purchase of the further two Screen presses means that we are prepared to meet increased demand for personalisation – essential to keep our customers returning. Screen is the obvious choice when it comes to reliable production quality to in order to meet this requirement.”
Bui Burke, Screen Europe Senior Vice President Sales, concludes: “We are thrilled that Cowell’s Arrow, a prestigious market leader, uses our technology in increasingly interesting ways and remains such a valued customer.”
