Xerox (NYSE: XRX) announced today the appointment of Suzan Morno-Wade as executive vice president and chief human resources officer, reporting to Vice Chairman and CEO John Visentin and serving as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Morno-Wade will work in partnership with the Xerox leadership team to drive a meaningful, impactful human capital strategy that facilitates and supports the company’s transformation and success. Suzan will instill best practices around talent management, learning, total rewards, and organization capability required to drive business outcomes and future growth of the company.

Morno-Wade joined Xerox in 2016 as vice president of Total Rewards, to lead the compensation and benefits strategy. She brings 20 years of experience to this post with a background spanning several industries including technology, oil and gas, industrial and consumer goods.
