Sharp Business Systems, a direct sales division of Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), announces the expansion of its direct regional sales operation in the Carolinas with the acquisition of Sandhills Office Systems' (SOS) customer base.
In January 1987, Laverne Schultz started SOS with $100 and a dream. SOS grew into a multi-million dollar company on the basic premise of taking care of the customer with top-notch customer support and service after the sale. Schultz, as well as many current Sandhills employees, will be joining the Sharp team. "Sharp is a worldwide company that brings great products and excellent service to the table," said Schultz. "I feel the customers of SOS will be introduced to even greater product knowledge as well as continue to get the personal touch from Sharp Business Systems that SOS has given their customers during the past 28 years."
Moving forward, Sharp Business Systems will offer its customers Sharp's award-winning line of advanced office products and solutions, including MFPs, display products, and applications for streamlining office workflow. The company will continue to provide the same high level of service and also continue to serve existing equipment and maintenance agreements.
