A new date for the converting, paper and printing exhibition collective will be announced shortly
Mack-Brooks Exhibitions today announced the postponement of ICE Europe, CCE International and InPrint Munich, which were due to take place at the Munich exhibition centre from 22 - 24 June 2021. The Converting, Paper and Printing exhibition collective has been postponed in light of the current Covid 19 pandemic.
"The current pandemic situation and the current restrictions in Germany do not provide sufficient planning certainty for those involved. Despite an enhanced health and safety plan and exhibitors' willingness to allow the shows to take place in June, we believe that postponing the events is the best decision at this time," said Patrick Herman, exhibition director for Converting, Paper and Print, on behalf of organiser Mack-Brooks Exhibitions.
"The situation underlines the importance of our events to the industry, however no framework has yet been defined for the implementation of trade shows and our hands are tied. As circumstances are unlikely to change in the foreseeable future, we have to remain realistic and minimise the economic risks for all parties involved. By holding the fairs at a later date, we hope to ensure that they can once again fulfil their critical role as the central meeting place for the converting, paper and printing industries. The exact dates of the fairs will be announced shortly," concludes Patrick Herman.
In the coming weeks, the ICE Europe, CCE International and InPrint Munich team will communicate intensively with customers and partners. We thank all exhibitors, partners, suppliers and visitors for their support in these challenging times.
