We're excited about this week's selection, because it showcases just how far digital print has come. The piece is designed by School of Visual Arts in NYC for their MFA Design Thesis Forum and produced by Bennett Graphics of Atlanta.
A bold and geometric wrap holds a stylish stitched catalog through a series of angled folds and a clever tucking mechanism made with a simple die. For this short-run job, Bennett Graphics ran it on an HP Indigo digital press and utilized a special print effect to create the look of a spot gloss varnish.
