Carrier, the world's leader in heating, air conditioning and refrigeration solutions, is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp.
Standard Register de México, with facilities in Monterrey and Ciudad Juárez, was cited for its 100% on-time delivery, cost reduction initiatives and superior quality performance. Standard Register produces more than 20 million printed items annually for four Carrier plants in Mexico, including 3,500 different label parts, achieving best-in-class standards for defective parts per million.
By producing durable labels and accurate supporting documentation onsite at Carrier plants, Standard Register helps the company make changes quickly and easily and keep product flowing to its customers across North America.
The award was presented at a luncheon in Monterrey by Gerardo Villarreal, sourcing manager. In presenting the award, he recognized Standard Register de México for exceptional service throughout a relationship that has lasted more than two decades. "Standard Register has been one of our strategic suppliers through the years and a great support," Villarreal said. "We appreciate their effort, dedication and commitment to their customers."
